The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, March 31, teases that Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) and his backup will realize the situation has taken an unexpected turn at Il Giardino.
Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) tried to run from Baker’s handcuffs, but she found herself facing an excruciating medical crisis in the alley.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has been watching the whole thing with skepticism, but Sheila is truly in bad shape and needs to be hospitalized.
Once Baker finds out Sheila’s down for the count, he’ll assure Bill and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) that he can take it from here.
Despite Bill’s insistence that Sheila is faking it, she’ll be wheeled into the ER soon enough.
As luck would have it, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is visiting John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) at the hospital at this very moment.
Sheila will be admitted as a patient, so both Finn and Steffy will be thrown for a loop.
It turns out Sheila is suffering a heart attack, so a nurse will alert Finn to what’s going on.
Steffy will suspect Sheila is faking it just like Bill did, but it’ll become clear to Finn that Sheila is in real trouble.
Within the next episode or two, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will be revealed as the primary physician on call, but she’ll stand by and do nothing.
We’ll see Li insist that Sheila should die, so Finn will land in a tight spot.
Other B&B spoilers say Ridge will have another civil interaction with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), who came through when it counted with Sheila.
It was hard for Deacon to sell Sheila out like that, but it was the best thing for all Sheila’s victims and even Sheila herself.
Sheila tends to go off the rails and become violent if she’s out of prison too long, which isn’t good for anyone.
Fortunately, there’s going to be a cell with Sheila’s name on it just as soon as all this medical drama wraps up.
Sheila is indeed headed to prison – and that’s all thanks to the FBI sting that Bill set in motion with Ridge.
Now that they’ve got Sheila’s recorded murder confession, Ridge will send a message to the Logan and Forrester families.
Although Ridge will keep things vague, he’ll hint about some big news that he needs to pass along in person.
That’ll lead to everyone gathering and buzzing about the reason they were summoned.
Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) and Lucy (Linda Purl) will still be in town, so they’ll join the mystery meeting and wonder about Ridge’s imminent updates.
It won’t be long until Ridge arrives to spill the FBI sting story and explain that Bill’s romance with Sheila was fake from the get-go.
