The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, March 24, tease that the bicentennial celebration will continue, so that’ll bring some stressed encounters and wonderful reunions. As guests keep showing up at the GCAC, someone familiar will arrive to stir the pot.
Longtime Y&R fans will remember Leanna Love (Barbara Crampton), a celebrity journalist with a style all her own.
Leanna has a knack for sniffing out tantalizing gossip and creating scandals, so there should be trouble once she goes looking for news.
Since Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be concerned about her new baby bump leading to questions, Leanna could easily put her on the spot.
If Leanna draws attention to the pregnancy and assumes Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is the father, that could bring some uncomfortable moments.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is Sally’s true “baby daddy,” but he’ll be busy parading Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) around as his date.
Nick may accuse Adam of using Sharon to get under his skin – and you can bet Nick’s buttons will indeed be pushed!
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is set to make a speech soon and may have a hand in the surprise Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) is keeping under wraps.
It looks like there’ll be a special tribute in memory of Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John), so maybe that’ll remind Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) that family matters most.
Over with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), she’ll be thrilled to reconnect with Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) after all these years.
Ashley’s night will take an amazing turn once she catches up with Mamie and welcomes her back to GC for the gala.
As for Ashley’s relationship with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), they could take some big steps forward together.
Tucker is definitely making progress with Ashley, so he just has to be careful and try not to blow it!
Next, Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) will sneak around in a mask and put the final pieces in place for Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) takedown.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will do her part to help Jeremy, but their plot is destined to hit some snags.
Nevertheless, Diane and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) are way too confident about their engagement announcement and happy ending.
Jack and Diane’s love story is sure to come with some unpleasant twists instead, so stay tuned for updates on all the shockers.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the bicentennial bash will carry over into the week of March 27-31, which means the 50th anniversary fun will have a chance to really heat up!
