Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Arianne Zucker (Nicole DiMera) is a step closer to tying the knot with DOOL alum Shawn Christian (ex-Daniel Jonas). If you’ve followed Christian and Zucker’s journey as a couple, you know it’s been a long one!
Back in June 2021, Christian popped the question to Zucker on a special boat cruise.
It gave the duo an amazing proposal story, but Zucker and Christian didn’t rush to tie the knot right away.
It wasn’t until August 2023 that Zucker announced that they were planning their wedding.
On Instagram at the time, Arianne Zucker gushed over how excited she was to call Shawn Christian her official husband after 10 years together.
Now almost another year has passed, but Christian and Zucker are finally getting down to business!
In Zucker’s latest Instagram announcement, she offered updates now that they’ve locked in some crucial wedding details.
“We discovered a wedding DESTINATION and DATE! So grateful to everyone who has helped us make this exploration an eye-opening awe-inspiring adventure!” Zucker shared in her post.
Although Arianne Zucker didn’t reveal the exact date and location to fans, it’s clear that she’s settled on when and where she plans to wed Shawn Christian.
The Days star also put up some gorgeous new couple pics and expressed her gratitude to the photographer who made them possible.
“Big thank you to @christinecomina @cominaphotography for capturing the authentic love and joy in our wild romance,” Zucker said.
As Zucker wrapped things up, she joked around about people saying “finally Shawn!”
It’s true that it’s been a long road to get here for the happy couple, but Zucker urged everyone to remember “there is great value in long courtships.”
It’s nice to have some good news, especially since so many Days viewers are saddened over Zucker’s looming on-screen departure.
Zucker’s last Days airdate should be July 29, so we’re already dreading Nicole’s exit.
