Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is adding two hires at The Spectator, so let’s discuss Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) and Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) new jobs.
Nicole talked Chad into bringing her on board as a reporter – at least on a trial basis.
However, Nicole is great at investigating and will inevitably impress Chad with her work soon enough.
During the week of April 29-May 3, Days spoilers say Nicole will make an unexpected discovery involving Eric’s new photography gig.
Since Eric is joining The Spectator and will be taking some of his always brilliant photos, Nicole will be surprised over that news.
Of course, Nicole may be even more surprised when she’s forced to work directly with Eric.
It looks like Chad may pair Eric and Nicole up on an assignment together, so they’ll get updates from the boss and have to power through the initial awkwardness.
Even so, Days spoilers say it won’t take long for Nicole and Eric to find a nice rhythm. Eric and Nicole will push past the discomfort and find that they really enjoy working as a team.
Naturally, this will open the floodgates when it comes to Nicole and Eric’s old feelings for each other.
Although Eric and Nicole were able to bury those feelings before, it won’t be so easy now that they’re going to be in each other’s orbit constantly.
To make matters worse, Chad will probably think Nicole and Eric are an absolutely amazing work duo.
Chad may be thrilled over Nicole’s stories once they’re paired with Eric’s photos and insist they should work together even more often.
This could lead to some other team assignments and more opportunities to grow closer.
DOOL fans know Nicole started therapy with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) after the loss of her baby boy, but she has other issues when it comes to her lingering love for Eric.
Days spoilers say Nicole will confide in Marlena about how torn she feels between Eric and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
Since the show’s about to play up Nicole’s conflicted heart right when Eric’s having problems in his marriage to Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty), trouble could be brewing.
Will Nicole and Eric kiss while on assignment together? Could these exes cross the line and surrender to temptation – maybe even in bed at some point?
