Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that there’s much more teen drama ahead in Salem, especially now that a new cast addition has leaked. DOOL recently had a 15,000th episode celebration at the studio, so that led to many cast members sharing photos and videos.
Ashley Puzemis (Holly Jonas) posted a fun Instagram story that featured Leo Howard (Tate Black) and Madelyn Kientz, who’s apparently joined the Days cast in a mystery role.
Based on all the insider buzz and behind-the-scenes info we’re hearing, it looks like Kientz is playing a brand-new character.
In other words, this doesn’t seem to be an existing character in the Days universe who’s been aged up.
It appears adding Madelyn Kientz is more about expanding the teen scene and perhaps giving Holly a friend she can confide in.
Of course, there’s also the potential for a love triangle if Kientz’s character decides to pursue Tate herself!
However, we’re hearing that Kientz isn’t the only cast addition when it comes to the teen group that Days is building.
Tate keeps mentioning a buddy named Aaron, so maybe viewers will finally get a chance to meet him down the road.
Whatever the case, there are some rumblings about another teen boy getting in the mix before long as well.
As for Madelyn Kientz, she turned 20 back in September and brings plenty of talent to the table.
You might recognize Kientz from her roles on Big Sky, The Walking Dead: World Beyond, Walker, The Unicorn and more.
It’ll be interesting to learn more about Kientz’s character as her first airdate gets closer. We’ll be sure to pass along updates as more news comes in.
