Beyond the Gates spoilers reveal the CBS soap just released its promo video for the week of August 4-8, where Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) will share a sizzling lip lock with Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob), while Nicole Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix) shares sparks with Carlton Fitzgerald (Robert Christopher Riley).
The preview opens with Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) announcing the Articulettes into the Fairmont Crest country club, with a crowd boisterously applauding.
Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie), Tracy Tyler (Maria Howell), and Sharon Winger (Bonita Brisker) will all walk into the room, so it looks like there will be an afterparty to celebrate The Articulettes’ big reunion concert.
As the scenes shift, the Beyond the Gates promo shows a heated confrontation between Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad), Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle), and Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) at the reception, in the hallway at the country club.
In the clip, Eva assures Kat that they aren’t there to cause trouble, while Kat warns the ladies that they have “2 seconds” to leave, or else she’ll make them. Kat proceeds to start counting …
As the preview progresses, a clip is shown with Carlton and Nicole sharing a flirty laugh over food at the country club, as a voiceover can be heard of Carlton asking Nicole out to dinner.
Just as he does, his partner, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson), walks in on their conversation.
Does Ted think this is an innocent chat between two old friends, or does he realize his friend is making moves on his estranged wife?
Speaking of “making some moves”, the next scene is one with Andre and Ashley in her apartment.
The two are holding hands, facing each other as he states, “I know what I want now – I want something real”.
The scenes quickly shift to Andre and Ashley in a steamy kiss, which could turn into more (fast), considering how the two are locked in an embrace.
Wonder what happened between Andre and Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) to trigger his need to tell Ashley his feelings?
As the BTG promo wraps up, the final scene shows Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) screaming, “Somebody, help me” in the middle of the local bar.
She’s got blood on her hands, which appears to be coming from the lower end of her body. Dani runs to her and states, “I can help you,” while Hayley yells, “Don’t you dare touch me!”
Beyond the Gates spoilers have suggested that Hayley could be lying about her pregnancy, so is this a possible miscarriage, or an attempt to cover up the lie she’s been telling and to end the charade for good?
