On the Monday, October 13 episode, Vanessa got into it with Nicole Richardson (Daphnee Dupree), over her relationship with Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom).
When Vanessa went to visit Joey later in the show at the casino, she told him about their spat, and the show closed shortly after Joey suggested ending things with the blonde.
Tuesday’s show will likely pick up where Monday’s left off, as Vanessa is sure to be outraged at Joey’s suggestion.
In light of Doug McBride’s (Jason Graham) passing, Vanessa may feel as if she needs Joey now more than ever, or else she’ll believe that to be the case.
Cutting ties would be what’s best; however, Vanessa won’t see it like that. Is this a mind game on Joey’s part, or is this the end of the couple? BTG viewers will have to tune in to find out!
Over to Bill, he’ll be stunned when he gets a surprise gift from someone. Who could this “someone” be?
The Beyond the Gates preview for the week of October 13-17 shows Bill kissing Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) in his office, while his wife, Hayle Hamilton (Marquita Goings), secretly spies on them from the hallway.
Is Bill’s unexpected “gift” more lip service from his ex-wife?
Across town, Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning) gives his kids, Samantha Richardson (Najah Jackson) and Tyrell Richardson (Jaden Lucas Miller) some news, so it looks like the teens will learn their dads are reuniting.
With that said, Smitty will get down on one knee at some point in the next couple of days and propose to Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon).
It looks like the two will renew their vows soon, so it’ll be a nice, heartwarming event for the Richardsons and Duprees. Both families could use a positive distraction at this point, right?
Speaking of, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) and Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) will try and think out of the box to “escape” the insanity around them.
As Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) purchased the home across from them and has launched a major renovation and construction project, the husband-and-wife team is dealing with their fair share of dust, noise, and overall chaos.
Beyond the Gates spoilers hint that Anita and Vernon may decide to take the lemons that they’ve been given and make lemonade, so it’ll be interesting to see how they turn this negative situation into a positive.
