The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) may grovel for lying Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) forgiveness and a romantic reunion. This could bring a situation where Audra’s going to dig an even bigger hole for herself.
Things didn’t play out the way Nate was expecting when he confronted Audra and pushed for the truth.
Nate urged Audra to stop making him look like a chump and just confess the whole story about her Vibrante funding.
Nate knows there’s no reason for Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) to lie about any of this, but Audra tried to make it seem like she was gullible and easily manipulated by Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Audra is sticking to her claims about Kyle lusting after her and being unable to handle her rejection of him.
In fact, Audra decided she’d rather dump Nate than own up to carrying out Victor’s breakup plot and all the other dirty moves she’s made.
In the aftermath, Nate worried to Devon Winters (Bryton James) that Audra might be telling the truth.
It left Nate fearful about throwing away a beautiful relationship for nothing.
During the week of August 25-29, Y&R spoilers say Nate will have another important conversation with Devon.
It’ll give Nate a chance to make an admission, so he might confess that he thinks he made a mistake.
Nate may voice concerns about pushing Audra too hard, especially after they’ve both been so worried about Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford) and how she’s coping with Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) demise.
Perhaps Nate will decide he put too much pressure on Audra and express regret over not giving her the benefit of the doubt.
Nate cares deeply for Audra and will no doubt miss her following their split.
Since Nate already lost Damian and the brother bond they were building, he may decide he can’t bear to lose his girlfriend too – at least not over something he isn’t completely certain about.
Will Nate go to Audra and grovel for forgiveness? Will Nate admit he wants Audra back and hope she’s willing to get past the accusations he threw at her?
Audra may reunite with Nate, but she can’t avoid the consequences of her actions forever. This is only going to make Nate angrier when the truth gets confirmed at some point.
Even if Nate tries to repair the damage, his relationship with Audra is just going to blow up all over again in the not-too-distant future.
