At the close of the Thursday, January 15 episode, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) received a text from Chelsea indicating the test results from their lab work had arrived.
The Dupree family is still reeling from Dani testing positive, so will either of her daughters have the same BRCA marker that both she and her mom, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) has?

Jacob has been very concerned about Naomi as she’s shut down all lines of communication to him.
In recent weeks, since Anita’s diagnosis hit, Jacob’s been worried about Naomi, as well as the state of their relationship.
He’s pushed additional therapy, since couples counseling has worked so well for them, but Naomi adamantly refused.
Will Jacob continue to suggest more sessions, and will this leave Naomi frustrated (whether or not her tests come out positive)?
Speaking of Jacob, his brother, Izaiah Hawthorne (David Lami Friebe), will be there to support Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle).
Beyond the Gates spoilers for the Thursday, January 15 episode reminds fans that Eva’s dad, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson), placed a seed in Eva’s ear to reach out to her sister, Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Natasha Nixon).
With everything that Kat is going through – from Anita’s breast cancer to Dani’s positive results and Chelsea and Naomi’s testing – he thought Kat could use another person to talk to.
Unfortunately, when Eva approached Kat at Orphey Gene’s, her sister basically told her to stay out of her life, and a heated encounter ensued between them.
Eva will feel awful about how things rolled out, and it sounds like Izaiah will offer a shoulder to lean on and an ear to listen to her vent.
In other news, Derek won’t be happy with something he sees. During the closing moments of the January 15 show, he caught Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) flirting with Grayson Perez (Jordi Vilasuso) at the nurse’s station.
The camera zeroed in on the fighter’s hurt face, so could he fly into a jealous rage?
On a good note, another moment that occurred near the end of the January 15 episode was Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson) entering Ted’s office with some ice cream.
After some advice from Ashley, Shanice decided it was time to grab the bull by the horns, and she turned on the seductive charm when she brought the sweet treat to Ted for a “break”.
The two ended up sharing a passionate kiss, so will they do more during the January 16 show?
