First off, Beyond the Gates spoilers for July 21 reveal that Nicole will catch up with Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli).
The good doctor will update her friend on her love life, while the blonde will give her BFF some stunning information about her ex-husband, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson).
Will Vanessa tell Nicole that Ted recently dropped the “L” word on Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson)?
How will Nicole feel about this, all things considered? How does Vanessa find out? Fans will have to tune in to see!
Meanwhile, Nicole won’t be the only one given shocking information as Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) and Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) will learn something that takes them both aback.
Added teasers imply that the Grans will be told about Naomi Hawthorne’s (Arielle Prepetit) BRCA gene.
BTG viewers will recall that Naomi kept the truth about her BRCA results hidden from her family.
After all, the Duprees were reeling from Anita’s breast cancer diagnosis, plus they were devastated to learn that Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) carried the gene herself.
In addition, Naomi’s husband, Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges), had his plate full with the undercover plasma ring case, so there was that, too.
Will they also learn she’s considering a double mastectomy? Only time will tell.
Across town, Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik) will push for a reconciliation with Izaiah.
The two have had a strained father-son relationship for a long while. With that said, Izaiah has really turned his life around, so can these two make things work moving forward?
Speaking of Izaiah, his gal pal, Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle), will get some advice from Dr. Kial Rollins (Greg Vaughan).
Kial is helping Eva with her recovery, so will these words of wisdom be about that or her personal life?
