Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) might set a baby trap for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). Will Gwen come up with a pregnancy plot and try to lock in their new family’s future?
Days fans know Xander’s been struggling to adjust to life without Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Victoria Kiriakis’ (Amelia and Kennedy Hileman).
Xander agreed not to pursue a custody battle, but it’s still tough for him to be apart from his daughter like this.
Of course, moving on from Sarah has also been a challenge.
Xander is still fixating on Sarah at the moment, but he’ll try to let go as she grows closer to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
Days spoilers suggest it’ll leave Xander ready to move on too, so he’ll do that in Gwen’s bed soon enough.
Naturally, when DOOL former flames hit the sheets, it often brings the potential for some baby-making.
Could that be the case for Xander and Gwen as this storyline moves along?
Gwen will be eager to lock in her own future with Xander, so what better way to do that than by giving him a child?
Victoria will always be Xander’s beloved firstborn, but it’s not like he gets to spend much time with her anymore.
Gwen might hope that she can give Xander another kid to dote on and that he might make her his new wife as well.
Days viewers can tell that Gwen has never truly gotten over Xander and what might’ve been.
There’s still a spark between Xander and Gwen that’ll definitely be explored in the coming weeks.
Gwen no longer has access to Dimitri von Leuschner’s (Peter Porte) money, so that could be another reason for her to latch onto Xander.
Perhaps Gwen will start envisioning a life where she can enjoy the Kiriakis fortune – at least if that fortune survives the Titan crisis that’s playing out.
Regardless, Gwen miscarried Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) baby once upon a time and might like a second chance at a child.
Maybe Gwen will resolve to have Xander’s baby and try to trap him into standing by her after some pregnancy news.
