Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that May sweeps is rapidly approaching, so we’ve got a preview for you.
There’ll be major DOOL drama playing out all month long, so let’s hit some of the highlights and discuss the chaos that’s about to break out.
Once Chad DiMera (now played by Conner Floyd) settles back into Salem, he may find it difficult to keep his promise to Thomas DiMera (Alexander Elijah Bond) and avoid crossing any romantic lines.
However, Chad knows his custody agreement could be at stake, so he may distract himself by taking Belle Black (Martha Madison) on a date.
Even so, Chad is sure to be a little jealous of the connection that’s developed between Cat and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) will reading is also coming up during May sweeps, so that’ll bring another opportunity for some Days shockers and shakeups.
In the meantime, Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) plan to use Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) as her hitwoman will inevitably end in catastrophe.
Sophia is supposed to make Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) a fatal target, but there’s a good chance Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will be the one who lands in the most danger.
Chanel will survive whatever’s in store, but what about her baby?
Days spoilers suggest Johnny could turn vengeful after all this goes down, so maybe a sinister DiMera transformation is ahead.
As for Kristen, she’ll face EJ’s wrath if he finds out this was all a plot against him. Kristen could lose her friendship with Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) as well once the truth comes out.
Speaking of the truth coming out, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) had better brace for her relationship with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) to blow up.
It seems likely May sweeps is when Philip will finally learn Gabi helped ruin the merger and put Titan in such a dire financial situation.
More importantly, Gabi has been lying to Philip for months, so he may dump her once her deception is exposed.
Other Days spoilers say Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) will officially awaken, so that’ll bring some jaw-dropping news for Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and the rest of Salem.
Abe may wind up angry that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) sat on the secret instead of telling him about EJ’s resurrection experiment.
Over with Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), their marriage will take a serious hit thanks to the arrival of Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) and the baby she’s been hiding.
Alex has a new infant that’ll turn his life upside down, so how will Stephanie handle that?
Stephanie already made it clear that motherhood may never be in the cards for her, so that may go for being a stepmom, too.
This could lead to Stephanie moving out and pushing for a separation until she can make sense of all this.
Will Joy try to bond with Alex over the baby and steal Stephanie’s husband for herself?
Regardless, Stephanie will work on learning how to shoot a gun.
That’ll be part of Stephanie’s attempt to feel like she can protect herself, but it also sounds like a recipe for disaster!
