Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, August 24 to September 4, reveal that one marriage will be pushed to its breaking point.
Some DOOL characters will be tempted to sizzle, but others will focus on major admissions that could affect their futures.
During the week of August 24-28, Cat Greene’s (AnnaLynne McCord) next hypnosis session will get underway and lead to a stunning EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) memory from their time at the clinic in Italy.
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will also select what they hope is the perfect name for their newborn daughter.
Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) will resurface now that Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) is gone, so he’ll have to deal with a grieving EJ’s rage.
Next, Days spoilers say Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) will be delighted to catch up with Thomas DiMera (Cole Gersmeyer) and Charlotte DiMera (Pippa Blaylock) following their return to Salem.
Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will be back in town to drop the kids off, so he’ll have a chance to catch up with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) while he’s around.
As for Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), he’ll try to sell Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) on his idea of buying in the high-stakes poker game with Gabi Hernandez’s (Cherie Jimenez) $5 million.
If Philip is as good as he thinks he is, he could win the $200 million necessary to keep both Titan and the mansion.
How will Xander feel about Philip’s last-ditch effort to score the money they need?
Over with Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein), Days spoilers say she’ll have another fight with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and seemingly start wondering if a divorce is in their future.
Stephanie will end up leaning on Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews), who’ll lean on her too as he grieves for Lexie.
Will this lead to Theo and Stephanie hitting the sheets for some mutual comfort?
Alex will eventually leave Kelsey Kiriakis (Lena and Mira Chase) with Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) in hopes of spending some private time with Stephanie, so there’s the potential for him to walk in on a scandalous sight.
Even if Stephanie and Theo cover up whatever might happen between them, there’s the potential for Arianna “Ari” Horton (Vico Escorcia) to find out since she’ll eavesdrop on an unsettling discussion.
Back with EJ, Days spoilers say he’ll quiz Chad about the chessboard mystery.
Will Chad clam up about the latest news or decide maybe EJ can help?
Regardless, EJ has more hostility in his future since Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) won’t be able to take it anymore.
It looks like Holly will rip into EJ for planting drugs on her and making her a pawn in his awful cover-up.
Johnny won’t want to cause problems in his marriage by admitting he’s been caught up in EJ’s schemes lately.
Nevertheless, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will think it’s time for Johnny to confess and bring honesty to his relationship again.
The week of August 31-September 4 may bring Johnny’s confession along with Chanel’s outrage, so their happy family will take a hit due to all the dirty DiMera mayhem.
As for Cat, her EJ honey trap may get tougher to pull off. Cat may feel genuine feelings for EJ rising up as she deals with all the Italian clinic memories from her hypnosis sessions.
Over with Foster (Miles Anderson), he’ll eventually have an opportunity for a kiss do-over with Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) since their last attempt was derailed.
Following Javi Hernandez’s (Jacob Martinez) split from Gus (Michael Ocampo), he’ll realize he wants to be with his true love.
Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) still has Javi’s heart, so they’ll have a romantic reunion soon enough.
Finally, Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) love triangle with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Xander will get even more complicated.
How long can Sarah keep convincing both Brady and herself that she’s really moving on from Xander?
