Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, January 8, reveal that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) will move on together while Theo Carver (Tyler James Andrews) deals with a harsh DiMera reality.
First on Thursday’s DOOL episode, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) will discuss some romantic plans.
Philip will continue to sweep Gabi off her feet, but she’ll be concerned about how long she can keep her secret under wraps.
Since Gabi played a big part in the dismantling of the Titan-DiMera merger, that news will have to come out sooner or later.
The closer Gabi gets to Philip, the more painful it’s going to be when it all falls apart.
Other Days spoilers say Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will blow her top after hearing about Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) actions.
Alex tried to cancel the rest of Stephanie’s tour, so she may be furious over him making that choice without her.
Furthermore, Stephanie may be upset over Alex trying to promise another romance novel to Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) instead.
It’s clear that Stephanie needs to be involved in any significant decisions that affect her career, so she’ll lash out at Alex on Thursday’s Days show.
In Theo’s hospital room, he’ll struggle with the harsh reality of being a DiMera family member.
Theo may be haunted over his kidnapping ordeal and know the only reason he landed in that mess was because of his DiMera ties.
Theo’s harsh reality may also involve updates on Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) running DiMera in his absence and EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) desire to keep his son in the CEO seat.
Theo might end up worrying about Johnny taking over the job permanently.
There may also be concerns now that Peter’s been targeted in his hospital room.
Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) slipped in disguised as a hospital employee and gave Peter something that caused a code blue, so Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and her team will try to revive him.
In the meantime, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will flip out and present a proposition to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), so we’ll see how this ties in with all the Peter drama.
Next, Days spoilers say Chad will hope to put Cat Greene (AnnaLynne) in the rearview mirror while Belle does the same with EJ.
It turns out Belle and Chad will help each other move forward, even if it’s perhaps just a one-time thing.
Chad and Belle may not become a full-fledged couple, but they might share some sizzling moments as they try to leave Cat and EJ behind.
