Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of August 17-21 reveal that some shockers and shakeups are on the way.
There’ll be big things happening in Salem and beyond, so let’s talk about all the action.
First, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) will presumably decide to take a gamble of her own now that Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) has requested help with the $5-million buy-in for a high-stakes poker game.
Philip feels confident in his ability to pull off a major victory and hopefully get the $200 million that the Kiriakis family needs.
Days spoilers say that’s what it’ll take to keep Titan and the Kiriakis estate, so there’s a lot riding on Philip’s card-playing skills.
In the end, Gabi may agree to give Philip the money on one condition.
There’s a good chance Gabi will insist on going to Monte Carlo with Philip to make sure he stays focused and has the support he needs going into this game.
Will Philip achieve victory and have some good news to pass along to Xander Kirakis (Paul Telfer) soon?
Xander has been taking steps to put the mansion up for sale, but that may not be necessary if Philip comes through.
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will certainly approve if Philip manages to save Titan, Basic Black and the Kiriakis family legacy as well.
The same goes for Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and everyone else affected by all the loan drama.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say Gabi and Philip could spend some time reconnecting if she indeed goes with him on this trip.
Philip and Gabi might even hit the sheets again, so stay tuned to see what’s next for these two.
In the meantime, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will have to watch Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) get weaker while Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) deals with a difficult delivery.
DOOL spoilers say some complications are ahead as Chanel prepares to give birth, so Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will try to hide his panic and give his wife some comfort.
There’ll be concerns about Chanel’s health as well as the health of the baby that’s coming into the world.
On a happier note, Brady and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godrey) will exchange love admissions while Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) kisses Foster (Miles Anderson) for the first time.
Other Days spoilers say Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) will also do some soul-searching and realize Gus (Michael Ocampo) isn’t the person he truly wants.
Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) is the man Javi loves deep down, so Javi may resolve to confess that following Leo’s Alamainia nightmare.
Finally, Arianna “Ari” Horton (Vico Escorcia) will have to decide how she feels about Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) now that he’s planted a smooch.
Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) may listen and offer some advice once Ari eventually opens up.
