General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) prison sentence will come with some danger due to his new cellmate.
Curtis will be rooming with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) at Pentonville, where they’ll both become attack victims.
Thanks to some GH scripts leaked on Instagram, there’s confirmation that Curtis will land in the ICU after he’s badly beaten along with Sidwell.
Curtis will get tangled up in all the drama and pay the price once he’s critically injured.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) assured ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) that if something happened to Sidwell, he wouldn’t be to blame.
Justine previously had some concerns about Sonny targeting Sidwell behind bars, but he made her that promise.
Sonny is a man of his word and surely wouldn’t put Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) father in harm’s way.
It’s tough to believe Sonny will actually be the one who ordered this attack, but there’ll be evidence that leaves him under suspicion anyway.
As for Curtis, his loved ones will get another dose of terrible news.
Trina, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), Stella Henry (Vernee Watson), Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and everyone else with a Curtis connection will have to worry.
Curtis will obviously survive his dangerous ordeal, but you can bet Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will struggle with even more guilt once she finds out what happened.
Brook Lynn knows that Curtis punched Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) because he believes the doc fled the scene of the crash that night.
That punch led to Curtis’ charges, trial and time in the slammer, so Brook Lynn will feel awful once Curtis is injured in the intensive care unit.
On the bright side, maybe Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) could use this attack to get Curtis transferred to a safer facility or even put on house arrest.
This could also potentially help Martin with Curtis’ appeal and attempt to get the conviction overturned.
Whatever the case, Curtis will live to tell the tale, but this Pentonville nightmare will shake him up along with everyone who cares about him.
