General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, August 20, indicates that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will face some backlash.
GH viewers will also see Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) cross paths with Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer), so some introductions are on the way.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will share her strong opinion as well, so there’ll be a lot happening in Port Charles.
For starters, let’s discuss Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) since she’ll have another argument with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as their co-parenting drama continues.
Carly may try to help resolve that crisis and could potentially weigh in on Lulu’s love life, too.
The show may start hyping Lulu’s forever bond with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) for the sake of another storyline that’s playing out.
Carly will dish out some tough love and perhaps give Lulu a nudge to put her heart on the line for Dante.
Whatever the case, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) just caught Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) with Dante in his underwear, so he’ll flip out even more at Liz’s place.
Liz will offer news on Dante’s hurt knee and push Ric to chill out, but he’ll remain uncomfortable over all this.
Despite Ric’s complaints, Elizabeth will stand her ground and argue that Dante isn’t going anywhere.
Liz may tell Ric to go instead before she confides in Dante about Ric’s possessive side and her concerns about it.
At some point soon, Ric will sit down with Lulu and pitch the idea of an alliance.
The goal will be to make sure they don’t lose the loves of their lives, so Ric will hope Lulu can help him put some distance between Liz and Dante.
Other GH spoilers say Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will speak with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and presumably use this as an opportunity to trash Britt.
Josslyn may insist Britt knew Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) was posing as Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) long before everyone else and exposed her WSB status to him, which led to Joss getting held hostage on Spoon Island.
Josslyn will feel like Britt is just going to sell Jason out too one way or another.
That’s why Josslyn may push Jason to cut Britt loose and find someone more trustworthy to date.
As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll be on hand for Josslyn and Tristan’s first meeting.
Anna will tell Josslyn about the hospital’s newest addition and introduce her to Tristan soon enough.
Since Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will be distraught over her children losing Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to prison, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) may find some way to soften the blow.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will also reflect on her own Pentonville sentence and advise Curtis not to let the negativity eat him up.
Staying positive and out of trouble is the only path to parole, which will also get Curtis back to Desmond Ashford and everyone else he loves.
