General Hospital (GH) weekly video week of July 6-10 shows that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will slap WSB Head, Z (John Oliver) and as Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will approach Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) with an unexpected request.
The ABC soap’s weekly promo has just been released, and it looks like another explosive week in the land of Port Charles.
General Hospital’s preview for the week of July 6 opens with a clip of Z walking into Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) hospital room.
Josslyn is in bed and looks terrified as Z struts in.
Carly can be heard in the voiceover saying, “My daughter has risked her life in the name of duty for the last time.”
After she says this, Carly lays a massive slap across Z’s face, so something the WSB head tells her will rub Josslyn in the wrong way.
Z is uber impressed by Josslyn’s moves at Wyndemere, moreover the fact that she shot WSB Director (and double agent) Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), so there’s little chance that he’s willing to let go of the agent.
It sounds like Carly won’t take no for an answer, but will this change Z’s decision?
As scenes shift, Anna will officially be back in Port Charles, and her loved ones will organize a ‘welcome home party’.
In fact, the General Hospital promo video has a clip of Mac Scorpio (John J. York), Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Burner), and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) screaming, “Welcome Home”, as Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) ushers Anna back into her apartment.
Anna looks like her old self, even though fans know she’s far from it, as she gives her friends and family a warm smile.
A scene shows Emma hugging her grandmother in their condo as she tells Anna she’s so glad she’s back.
Another clip shows Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) there too, as he gives Anna a warm embrace in her home.
Dante won’t only be happy that his friend is back in PC, but may also be excited about handing Anna back the PCPD Police Commissioner job, too.
As the preview wraps up, the final scene shows Anna opening the door of her apartment, and she has a stunned look on her face.
Liesl is on the other side of the door, telling her frenemy that she’s here to ask for her help.
General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 6-10 imply there will be some major highs and lows as the arc surrounding Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) project comes to a close, and new storylines pop up … just in time for sweeps month!
