General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some unexpected moments are coming up for several pairings in Port Charles.
Some GH couples will rise while others fall, but there’ll be some exciting things happening all around.
September will bring some great romantic surprises, so let’s focus on three of the biggest ones.
There’ll be forbidden love drama, a jealous spy and maybe even a tough breakup, so let’s consider some of the complications ahead.
1) Rocco and Scout’s risky romance blows up
For starters, Scout Quartermaine (Kayden Breanna Tokarksi) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will fall even harder for each other now that they’ve locked lips.
Although Rocco and Scout’s first kiss brought some cute scenes, their budding romance could have dangerous consequences.
That’s because Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) would absolutely go ballistic if he knew his daughter had grown this close to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) grandson!
Drew will inevitably find out soon enough, so the countdown is on when it comes to his explosive fury.
2) Carly spots Valentin and Anna’s deep moment
As for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she’ll catch a glimpse of the deep bond that still exists between Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
There’ll be a moment when distraught Anna lands in Valentin’s arms, so Carly will have a front-row seat to the comfort session.
Carly will spy Valentin consoling Anna when she needs it most, so it could leave Carly jealous and worried about her own love story.
Anna will obviously need more mental help following all this Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) chaos on Mount Emerson.
Even so, Carly may still envy Anna’s connection to Valentin and wonder if her own relationship with him can ever compete.
3) Jason and Britt reach a painful stalemate
As for Britt, her blissful bubble will burst.
Britt thought she was finally getting her happy ending with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), but things won’t work out like she was hoping.
September will bring conflict for Jason and Britt as they face a deadlock.
While Jason may have sympathy for unstable Anna once he presumably convinces her not to shoot Britt, perhaps Britt won’t be nearly as compassionate about the whole ordeal!
This could potentially lead to the downfall of Jason and Britt’s relationship since we know they have a painful stalemate in their future.
