General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) investigation is about to heat up.
Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) is determined to get some answers about Brennan’s disappearance, so he intends on tracking Jack’s movements before he fell off the map.
Of course, that’s surely going to lead Joe straight to Ava Jerome (Maura West) since she was one of the last people to see Brennan before he vanished.
Ava was spotted at the Metro Court Gardens with Jack, so there’s no avoiding the PCPD’s questions.
It sounds like Joe will put Ava through a tense interrogation since she’ll indeed get backed into a corner on October 22.
However, Ava has a knack for wiggling out of tight spots!
Ava may pretend to be nonchalant about the whole thing and downplay her meeting with Brennan as no big deal.
Although Ava will deny any knowledge of Brennan’s whereabouts, GH fans know she’ll be lying.
Ava and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) buried Brennan’s body after moving it from the pool to the nature preserve, where it remains hidden for now.
That said, Ava will have concerns about this apparent police grilling, so she’ll track Drew down right away for another strategy session.
On October 23, Ava will deliver a new proposal to Drew.
It’ll involve some big risks, but Ava may think it’ll be worth it if it keeps the cops off her back.
Since Ava has repeatedly promised to take Drew down with her if she gets arrested, she’ll stand by that promise.
That means Drew will be just as invested and may get on board with whatever plan Ava is about to share.
Ava may get nervous about Joe digging for answers in Port Charles and worry it could ultimately lead to digging at the nature preserve, too!
It would be better if the cops and the WSB were focused on getting information outside of PC.
It’s possible Ava will think they need to make it look like Brennan left the country.
Ava might suggest they should somehow plant Brennan clues far away from Port Charles and try to send the authorities on a wild goose chase.
Ava may feel like they should lean into the idea that Brennan fled on his own.
As a bonus, it would hopefully help free Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), which is something Ava wants to do following Drew’s frame-up.
