General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) could form an alliance to bring Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down during the week of October 19-23.
In an interesting twist, the two share a scene during GH’s weekly preview.
Turner tells Drew she won’t give up until Sonny is behind bars, and considering Drew is targeting Sonny, that’ll be music to his ears.
With that said, an alliance could form between these two characters, leading them to strike a deal of some sort.
Still, it would have to be mutually beneficial.
Plus, Turner is the assistant district attorney, gunning for the district attorney job, so fans can bet she’ll play by the rules.
Still, the same can’t be said for Drew. General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, October 20 note that Justine will present an offer to Drew.
Justine has been gunning for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) for months now and still seethes over losing her case involving Drew’s shooting.
With Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) exposé about Willow drugging Drew into his “locked-in” syndrome, Justine has hope that she can bring Willow down with new charges.
Still, even though Lulu has some damaging evidence against Willow, it’s just not enough.
Especially since Lulu gained access to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) against hospital order and the man was medicated when he made his statements about Willow and the paralytic.
There’s also the part where the WSB will deny having a drug that was mentioned in the article, plus Willow’s libel suit against Lulu.
Drew’s testimony could “lock in” (pun intended) the congresswoman’s downfall and arrest.
That being said, will the topic somehow turn to Sonny?
Drew deflect Justine’s case against Willow by pointing out that the ADA should focus on more threatening criminals in Port Charles, like Sonny.
He could go off as a concerned citizen of the little town, he believes she should go after Sonny before even thinking about his ex-wife.
Drew is as slimy as they get, so could he offer up a damaging statement about Willow, if Justine promises to finally put Sonny behind bars?
Drew remained quiet about Willow’s role in his “locked-in” state because Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) had blackmail evidence on him.
Now that Brennan is “gone” should Drew be worried about Willow?
Drew may dangle the idea of bringing down Willow as a motivating factor for Justine to ensure Sonny finally serves jailtime for his terrible mobster ways!
