General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, July 6, reveal that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will face a curveball while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) lashes out and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) rips into Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) for his deception.
At GH, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will pay Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) a visit and jokingly ask “what the hell” he let Ava Jerome (Maura West) do to him.
Ethan took a bullet to the butt for Ava, so Sonny will tease him about that soon enough.
Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will find out Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) knew Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was hiding out at Carly’s place for months, so she’ll fume over that shocking news.
After Lulu declares they’re not finished, she’ll drag Charlotte off with her while Danny continues his confrontation with Rocco.
Danny is angry with Rocco for letting Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) take the fall for him, but Rocco may point out that he only shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to save Jason’s life.
Danny will argue that if Rocco is such a hero, then he should be one again and tell the truth to clear Jason’s name.
It won’t be that simple for Rocco, but at least we know Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has worked out a secret deal with Z (John Oliver) to free Jason and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
As GH fans just learned, Josslyn is going to help the WSB pin everything on dead Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) in exchange for Valentin and Jason’s full release.
Josslyn will also give Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) an apology, so she may be sorry that the public will never know what a monster Cullum was or that he killed Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).
It looks like Josslyn will ask Lucas to do something for her, so she may warn that he can’t tell anyone else the truth about Cullum eliminating Marco.
Once Lucas realizes Josslyn is going to bury all of Cullum’s crimes, he won’t be happy about it.
In lockup, Britt will shout at someone to get out and leave her alone.
Whether this outburst comes during Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) visit or a different WSB-related visit, Britt will clearly be having a rough time.
Over with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), she’ll be devastated when she learns the real Nathan was never resurrected.
It was Cassius all along – and now he’s deceased, too.
You can bet Liesl will also be crushed over Cassius’ death and will have a big problem with the WSB trying to make him the scapegoat following Cullum’s horrible actions.
Next, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will keep pressuring Z to free Josslyn from the WSB.
Z will end up getting rather flirty during this discussion, so Carly will ask if he’s hitting on her.
“Is it working?” Z asks in Monday’s GH preview video.
Regardless, Z may make it clear that Josslyn just proved she’s far too valuable to lose at this point.
Since Z envisions a bright WSB future for Josslyn, Carly won’t get her wish.
On the bright side, General Hospital spoilers say Carly will soon learn that Valentin and Jason are set to be released thanks to Josslyn.
