There’ll come a point when Ava will presumably confront Ethan, so he’ll land in a tight spot.
Once Ethan gets patched up at GH, he may regret what he blurted out and try to do damage control.
Ethan might act like he was just rambling deliriously, but Ava surely isn’t going to buy that.
Summer preview spoilers point to Ava testing whether Ethan’s confession was the real deal, but she’ll have to be careful about it.
That makes it sound like Ava might run her own hush-hush DNA test with some stolen samples.
Ava might get her hands on something with Phoebe’s DNA on it and score something with Ethan’s DNA as well.
It could lead to Ava confirming that Ethan truly isn’t Phoebe’s biological father if she secretly runs a paternity test.
Naturally, it could be a mistake for Ava to move forward with this risky plan.
If Ava indeed runs a secret DNA test and scores evidence that Phoebe isn’t Ethan’s bio daughter, then that proof could eventually fall into the wrong hands.
There are signs that Phoebe’s actual bio dad might come to town and be the one who sends Ethan on the run.
Someone from Ethan’s history will indeed drive him out of Port Charles in a hurry, so stay tuned for news on the next villain on the horizon.
