General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, October 5 to 16, reveal that there’ll be major drama for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and more.
Here’s what GH fans can expect as multiple storylines heat up.
During the week of October 5-9, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will approach William Baines (Alimi Ballard) about swapping her current JJE assignment for one that involves targeting Sonny.
Baines won’t agree to take Josslyn off her latest mission, but she’ll manage to use the company against Sonny anyway.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also urge Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to fight for Chase now that his marriage is crumbling.
That’ll lead to a compromising position for Chase and Willow, which should also lead to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) writing an article about their affair and spreading the news!
As for Drew, he’ll get into a heated argument with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Drew will also listen to Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) proposal about going after another revenge target, so could Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) be next in line?
Sonny’s romance with ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) will fall apart, but at least he’ll have Carly’s faith in him once they met up for a conversation about the Pentonville mess.
Although Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) wants to believe Sonny’s innocence, he isn’t sure that he actually does.
Sonny will offer more reassurance and try to make sure Gio is on his side.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) took himself off the case, but he’ll still do some digging in the coming episodes.
Unfortunately, the investigation into what really happened will come with some snags.
Sonny has been set up by Drew and Ava, so it’ll be hard for him to prove he’s not guilty and that he’s truly out of the mob.
The week of October 12-16 will leave Lulu needing to lawyer up since she’s going to face a defamation lawsuit.
Chase and Willow will fight back, but the scandal Lulu unleashes will affect them in multiple ways.
This could obviously serve as adultery proof and give Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) an advantage in the looming custody feud.
Willow’s career will also be affected, so this could hinder her ability to lobby for Curtis’ pardon and pull strings for imprisoned Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Curtis may not have a path to full-fledged freedom, but Monet Mitchell (Blythe Howard) may try to get him put on house arrest.
However, the best chance of getting a judge on board may involve Curtis moving in with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Desmond Ashford so they can pretend to be a blissful united family.
As for Drew and Ava, they’ll keep scheming together.
If Carly is indeed Ava and Drew’s next target, then she could have a world of trouble headed her way once they make their next move.
