General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will have a tense encounter with Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) in the days ahead that could cause him to spill some key shooter intel.
The GH preview video for the week of April 20-24 reveals a scene where Rocco is walking into Cullum’s room at the hospital.
The teenager tries to smile at the WSB double-agent, while Cullum grins back. It looks like the two are about to have some sort of conversation, so let’s unpack the possibilities.
As fans know, Rocco is doing community service work for the hospital as part of his plea deal for breaking into PCU Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) lab.
He’s likely got orders to do something in Cullum’s room, whether he knows the man will be in there or not.
A WSB director would be intimidating enough for young Rocco, but since the teen knows how dangerous he is and how he’s after Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), this adds a new layer of anxiety.
Plus, there’s the whole “shooting” thing, so Rocco will be nervous to even look at the man he shot – let alone engage in a conversation with him.
Still, while Rocco is a smart kid, he’s nowhere near the level of evil-genius brilliance that a trained WSB director with years of experience.
Now, Cullum has zero suspicions about Rocco being his shooter, and why would he?
As far as Cullum is concerned, Rocco is simply a pawn to dangle over Britt’s head to get her to do what he wants.
With that said, depending on the conversation the two have while Rocco awkwardly executes a task as part of his community service volunteering, this could all change.
Of course, how the WSB Director is feeling since he’s been shot and his recovery would be a natural topic that arises.
So, could Rocco accidentally slip and provide a key piece of intel that points him as the shooter – or even something that proves he saw what happened?
Cullum knows that Jason didn’t shoot him as he was about to strike the henchman before he got hit in the back.
But could Rocco say something that raises Cullum’s eyebrow?
If Rocco knows something that only someone at the scene of the crime knew, the WSB Director may start to think that the teen was the one who shot him.
It’s hard to say if Cullum has intel on Rocco’s world and his life dynamics.
If he knows that Rocco is close to Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), then Cullum may think that Danny is the one who shot him in the back, and Rocco just happened to be there.
Danny is far more of a baddie than Rocco, plus, it would make more sense for Danny to want to protect his father in this regard.
General Hospital spoilers imply that Rocco alerting Cullum in any fashion by providing information means more danger and drama headed the teen’s way, so it’ll be interesting to see the twists and turns this storyline takes.
