General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may be right about Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) plan being a terrible idea.
Carly isn’t thrilled about Valentin recruiting Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to feed Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) misinformation, especially since this is building to a situation that could land Valentin back in prison.
Valentin intends to make it seem like he has a regular meeting spot where he goes to check in with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).
The goal is to have Nina pass this info along so that Brennan can show up at this location looking for Valentin.
From there, Valentin intends to make it seem like Brennan almost caught him.
If everything goes like Valentin’s hoping, he can create a close call and evade Brennan’s capture in the end.
Of course, things don’t often go according to plan on ABC’s GH!
Carly is concerned about the possibility that Valentin might actually get caught, which would leave her without her ally and all the protection he’s been promising her.
There are certainly plenty of ways Valentin’s plot could end in disaster.
Carly brought up one of them by pointing out that Valentin could get busted, but that’s not the only path to catastrophe here.
It’s possible Carly won’t be able to resist inserting herself in all this, especially if she finds out something from Brennan that could affect Valentin’s chances of avoiding capture.
It’s easy to imagine Carly rushing to help Valentin and getting exposed in the process.
This might be how Brennan will ultimately find out Carly has an alliance with Valentin and that she’s developed feelings for him.
It’s also possible Charlotte will try to come to Valentin’s rescue instead.
Charlotte may not understand Valentin’s setup and could insert herself in the drama with scary results.
Both Carly and Charlotte could be in danger depending on how things play out.
Valentin is a wanted fugitive, so shots could be fired if Brennan and whatever backup he might bring take drastic action.
Regardless, General Hospital spoilers say Valentin’s scheme seems like it could lead to disastrous news, so don’t miss what’s in store.
