General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Wil Traval recently made his debut as an intriguing stranger who sparked right away with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Of course, we know from Traval’s GH casting announcement that he’s playing a character named Jude.
The show has chosen to keep a lid on the details surrounding Jude, so they’re just playing him up as a mystery man at this point.
It’s obvious that some big things are going to unravel, so the ABC soap clearly wants to preserve the surprise.
That said, it’s reasonable to assume that Jude is the shady boss who’s been giving Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) instructions over the phone.
Jude may be irritated over Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) still being in the JJE CEO seat since Hudson was supposed to take care of that.
This may be a situation where if Jude wants something done right, he’s realized he’ll have to do it himself.
Then again, it’s possible Hudson reported back to Jude with news about Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton).
Now that Phoebe’s adoptive family is falling apart, Hudson may have told Jude that his baby girl is waiting to be claimed.
Even if Jude doesn’t know about Phoebe being in Port Charles yet, there’s a good chance that’s indeed his biological daughter.
Jude must be the villainous father that Ethan Lovett (last played by Christian Howard) was so determined to keep away from Phoebe.
We should mention that when Ethan faked the paternity test, he got a DNA sample from a PCPD cold case evidence box.
That makes it seem like “Jude” may not be so new to Port Charles after all.
If Jude was involved in a cold case connected to PC, he may actually have a history with this town and many of its residents.
Some fans are hoping that Jude turns out to be Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roché) after plastic surgery or something along those lines.
There’s definitely more than meets the eye when it comes to handsome and charming Jude, who’ll pull Britt closer through a deal they’re about to make.
It also looks like Jude will be the new Wyndemere buyer, so that’ll give him an evil lair to plot in!
Bottom line, there are great reasons to believe Hudson is secretly working for Jude and that Jude is Phoebe’s bio dad.
There are also great reasons to suspect “Jude” may be actually be a blast-from-the past character with some scores to settle.
General Hospital spoilers say Jude’s arrival will lead to plenty of shockers, so stick with the ABC soap.
