General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, July 23, indicates that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has some disturbing drama in his future.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will also receive some unsettling news while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) seeks out Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) to share something, so here’s what GH viewers can expect.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has been on the hunt for evidence in the Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) shooting case, but Dante got rid of everything to protect Rocco.
Of course, Anna doesn’t know Dante’s responsible yet, but Laura Collins (Genie Francis) may fear it’s only a matter of time until she figures it out.
Look for Laura to confront Dante over the cover-up and pass along a warning about the storm that could be brewing.
At the police station, Anna will decide to put Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to the test in more ways than one.
Chase has to prove he’s trustworthy, but Anna may promise a return to detective status if he can do that.
Anna may task Chase with helping her dig for answers related to the missing Cullum proof.
Chase could perhaps prove his loyalty and prepare for his detective test if all goes well.
Next, Sonny will interrupt Rocco while he’s working as a Metro Court pool attendant.
Rocco will take a break for a conversation with Sonny, who may confess that he’s in the loop on his grandson’s shooter secret.
Sonny may point out that Rocco could’ve come to him right away and promise that he’s always willing to help when Rocco’s in over his head.
At the Quartermaine boathouse, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will shut down Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) unsettling Drew proposition.
Nina will think the situation calls for desperate measures, but Willow won’t want to kill Drew or do anything too extreme.
Unfortunately, Nina will take things too far anyway since it looks like she may push Drew in the lake!
Drew will prove he can talk while he’s wheeled up to the water for Scout Quartermaine’s (Kayden Brenna Tokarksi) upcoming swim practice, so Nina may be the reason he tumbles and splashes below.
Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will meet with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), so that may bring some Willow talk as well as a request for legal guidance.
It appears Michael may be taking control of Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) Deception shares, so that’ll add to the office hostility that’s set to erupt.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will bicker with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) about Maxie and her concerns about Lucy exploiting James West’s (Gary James Fuller) current despair, but Michael’s shocker will change the corporate game.
