General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some big departures could be coming up in Port Charles. At least four exits could be in the works, so let’s talk about which characters will be affected.
1) Ethan
Since we know Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) will get backed into a corner and have to go on the run, his exit seems to be rapidly approaching.
It seems likely that Hudson’s (Troy Lennon Appel) upcoming debut will play a role in Ethan departing the show.
Hudson will be searching for a particular PC resident when he arrives with dangerous intentions.
Ethan’s shady past may be tangled up with Hudson and force him to bolt, so it’s a good idea to be prepared for his exit strategy.
2) Sidwell
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was taken into custody, but his story clearly isn’t over yet since everyone is gearing up for his trial.
Of course, Sidwell could ultimately get sneaky and escape instead of letting himself land behind bars.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) might have one last chance to target Sidwell and wipe him off the map, but it’d be better for the show to keep Sidwell alive for future storylines.
Sidwell may end up vanishing until he’s potentially needed again down the road.
No matter how it all goes down, Sidwell’s arc will conclude after the trial drama, so that should bring an official exit for now.
3) Jacinda
Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) is another character who could be headed for the exit door.
Since Jacinda’s role has dwindled to almost nothing, GH writers may already be in the process of phasing her out.
There are summer preview hints about Jacinda pushing too hard to get Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) out of Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) orbit, so whatever scheme she comes up with could end in disaster.
Michael will be sharing lots of scenes with Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) following her return to town, so the show might give them a chemistry test instead.
Regardless, Jacinda could depart and leave Michael single before long.
4) Kai
Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will no doubt do everything he can to protect Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) from the stalker chaos that’s about to erupt, but he may be in even more danger than her.
Trina’s stalker could be Quinn (Jequan Jackson), Simon (Grady Eldridge) or another mystery character, but someone is definitely obsessed with her based on the photo collage.
That could make Kai a target since he’s currently Trina’s boyfriend and in the way of the stalker’s plans to go after Trina.
Could Kai face a grim fate as a result?
It’s a possibility to consider, so scary news could be brewing for Kai if he isn’t careful!
