General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, September 15, reveals that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) made Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) a stunning offer.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) also made a surprising discovery, so here’s how Tuesday’s GH action played out.
In Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) former office, William Baines (Alimi Ballard) asked Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) more questions about Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) relationship with Brennan before talk turned to Anna’s breakdown.
Josslyn hoped the WSB would go easy on Anna under the circumstances and make sure she was able to stay close to her granddaughter, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).
At the Metro Court Gardens, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) spoke to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) about her concerns now that the WSB was breathing down her neck over missing Brennan.
Valentin popped up and pushed Nina to hire an attorney before taking off.
Britt chased after Valentin and informed him that Anna tried to kill her, so Valentin was caught off guard.
At Anna’s place, Valentin eventually came over to get her version of events.
Anna was an emotional wreck over her Peter August (Wes Ramsey) hallucinations and the fact that she’d nearly wiped Britt off the map.
Valentin shocked Anna by offering to disappear with her and make sure she got better safely away from the WSB’s grasp.
Anna couldn’t allow Valentin to do that when he’d just gotten his life together with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Carly.
At the Brown Dog Bar, Carly was there playing pool with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) when Josslyn approached Emma nearby.
Josslyn admitted she followed WSB protocol and turned Anna in, so Emma called Joss a “selfish bitch” and went on a tirade.
Emma also made it clear that if anything bad happened to Anna, it’d be Josslyn’s fault.
After Emma stomped off, Carly tried to convince Josslyn that the horrible things Emma said weren’t true, but an emotional Joss felt that Emma had been right.
It wasn’t long until Carly rushed over to Anna’s place for more info, so Valentin’s attempt to comfort Anna was interrupted.
Valentin opened Anna’s door to Carly, so that led to some tension.
Back with Baines, he made a phone call to discuss getting a warrant ASAP since he wanted to arrest a suspect for attempted murder.
After Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) turned to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) with custody questions since he was considering a divorce, Alexis pushed him to reconcile if possible.
If that wasn’t an option, Chase needed to formally separate and get an early version of the custody agreement in place with the help of a different lawyer.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) tried to convince a suspicious Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that she supported her efforts to save her marriage.
Tracy insisted that every decision Brook Lynn made from here on out had to be about Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton).
After Tracy left, Brook Lynn sang to Phoebe before Chase appeared in the doorway, so she locked eyes with him.
As for Britt, she spoke to Nina, Willow and Liesl about her breakup from Jason, but she eventually blamed irreconcilable differences instead of going into the details.
Willow was wary when Obrecht pushed her to use her Congress connections to protect Nina.
Following Alexis’ meeting with Chase, Willow tried and failed to pry any news out of her former attorney.
