The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Friday, May 1, reveals that Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) put Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) on the spot while Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) told Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) something that she’d never shared before.
At Forrester Creations, Hope pushed Steffy to provide a relaunch date for her line, but Steffy couldn’t give her one.
Steffy reiterated that they were going to focus on couture, but Hope feared her line would die unless they put out another collection.
Steffy insisted Hope was being dramatic and reiterated that they were just postponing things a bit.
Hope felt like Steffy enjoyed having her in limbo, so she questioned if she had a future at Forrester or should look someplace else for work.
At the cliff house, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) stopped by since Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) grabbed the wrong bag by mistake for her dance class.
That gave Liam a chance to talk to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about the tension between their wives.
Although Liam felt that it was unfair for Hope’s line to be shelved, Finn acted like they had nothing to do with Forrester business.
Hope had to answer to Steffy according to Finn, but Liam hinted that might not the case for much longer.
Finn didn’t think Hope would leave Forrester, but Liam didn’t seem so sure!
At Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) beach house on Friday’s B&B episode, Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) brought him some groceries and talked to him about all the Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) drama.
Will was angry with Ivy for how her manipulation affected him as well as Electra, but he pointed out that the situation affected Dylan, too.
Katie was surprised to hear Will defending Dylan and made it clear that his priority needed to be Electra if he wanted to win her back.
Even so, Will smiled to himself later as he flashed back over a memory of Dylan liking hot sauce.
Back at Forrester Creations, Dylan and Electra had a tense encounter in the dressing room.
That gave Dylan a chance to apologize profusely for her actions and recap her sob story, so Electra softened toward her a bit.
However, Electra was cautious after all the betrayals she’d endured – and not just from Dylan and Ivy.
Electra admitted her best friend, Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann), blew up her life with deepfakes and really hurt her.
Dylan was so sorry Electra had to go through that and offered some support over the news.
Since Dylan pleaded for a chance to get their friendship back, Electra ultimately agreed to think about it.
Once Dylan was alone again, she heard a noise coming from behind the nearby dress rack.
Suddenly, a figure with long hair appeared in front of Dylan, who screamed in horror when she realized who it was.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Dylan has a heated confrontation on the way now that this intruder has rocked her world, so stay tuned.
