The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is in for a rude awakening when it comes to her attempt to put that night with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) behind her.
There’s a good chance Steffy’s going to end up pregnant and face a horrifying realization as a result.
In the August 24 episode, Carter convinced Steffy to bury their secret once and for all.
Steffy agreed to delete what happened from her brain and promised that nothing would ever come of their night together.
Of course, a soapy promise like that always spells trouble!
Steffy’s declaration seems like a guarantee that she’s going to wind up with a bun in the oven and worry she’s pregnant by Carter.
Since B&B seems to be setting the stage for some dramatic baby news, we should consider how things might go down.
Steffy may experience a wave of nausea at some point that sends her running from the CEO office or even derails a romantic moment at home.
It’s easy to imagine John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) wondering if Steffy’s coming down with something.
Steffy might try to act like she’s under the weather and quickly realize she might actually be dealing with morning sickness.
By then, perhaps Steffy will realize she’s late and start freaking out about potentially carrying Carter’s baby.
If Daphne Walton (Murielle Hilaire) discovers Steffy’s nausea issues, she might suspect that her bestie is pregnant and assume Finn is the father.
To be fair, Finn could be the baby daddy since he has a pretty active bedroom life with Steffy!
Even so, Steffy will have to fret over the alternative since Carter will also be a father candidate, at least if this pregnancy storyline moves forward as expected.
Soapy fainting spells are sometimes used to indicate pregnancy on daytime dramas as well.
Maybe Steffy could have one of those too depending on how B&B wants to play this.
Whatever the case, Steffy won’t be able to keep a lid on her night with Carter like she vowed.
