The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Friday, October 9, reveals that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will rush to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) due to her baby scare.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will also have too much to drink and need some help getting home.
At Society, there’ll be concerns about Sally’s contractions and the possibility of having to postpone the wedding.
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell) will get Sally to the hospital ASAP, but it’ll just be a false alarm.
On Friday’s Y&R episode, Sally’s doctor will confirm that she was having Braxton-Hicks contractions and that she’s still on track for her due date.
At the Abbott mansion, Billy will panic and dive for his car keys when he hears about Sally potentially being in labor.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will stop Billy since he’s been drinking, so Billy will head over there in a car that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) calls for him.
Billy will join Sally at the hospital and end up relieved that their baby isn’t coming yet.
Coco will announce that she already has a room at the athletic club, so she’ll give Sally and Billy some time to themselves tonight.
Billy and Sally will talk about how lucky they are as they prepare to head home.
As for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), her lab results will be inconclusive.
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) won’t want Lily jumping to the worst-case scenario yet, but she’ll think maybe it’s time to give Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) the latest news.
After Lily calls Cane to meet her at the park café, he’ll tell her he needs to make one stop first.
Michael will be acting a bit wild after drinking too much, so Cane will make sure he gets home OK.
Once Cane joins Lily, she’ll give him a kiss and start saying cryptic things that make him even more concerned about whatever she’s hiding.
Cane will push Lily to tell him what’s going on.
Back with Traci, she’ll cry to Jack since she’s been thinking about Colleen Carlton (Tammin Sursok) tonight, especially since Coco reminds her so much of her daughter.
Kyle and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will also lie to their loved ones about late-night issues at the office, so that’ll give them a chance to sneak to the secret apartment.
As for Audra and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), they’ll finally agree to make peace and will shake on it with a smile.
