General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, February 27 through Friday, March 3 reveal that Olivia “Liv” Jerome (Tonja Walker) scrambles to complete her revenge as her secrets are exposed. Julian Jerome (William deVry) is terrified that Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) is missing.
Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) figured out Liv is alive and takes a photo of her to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Alexis recognizes Liv as her AA sponsor and she and Jason realize Liv took Sam. Jason and Alexis rush to try and find Sam and save her and Scout.
Alexis has part of the truth but will she use the key to get into Julian’s safe deposit box to read the letter he left for her? Julian feels like he got a lucky break with the GH board but then Liv takes Julian captive while she waits to see how the vote goes but her plans are thwarted.
Alexis goes to Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) for help stopping Liv then turns to Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) for sobriety support since her AA sponsor was a fake. Jordan then goes to question Ava Jerome (Maura West) about her older sister.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) think about their future but everything is about to be blown apart when she hears Nelle Hayes’ (Chloe Lanier) recording. Sonny is upset by what Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) tells him.
Michael is falling for Nelle and Sonny doesn’t like this at all. Later in the week, Carly finds the recording, listens to it, and then her life blows apart. Just as Carly finds out about the “cheating”, Nelle has her plans in place to run before she’s caught up, but it’s too late.
Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) has a warning for Nelle and then Nelle decides to come clean but does that mean to Carly, Michael or everyone? Nelle talks to Michael about her future but Carly’s fury may ensure that Nelle has no future.
Jason and Franco (Roger Howarth) face off next week after Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) gets devastating news. Franco sticks close to Liz to support her during a tough time. Also at GH, Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) worries about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
But it’s not just the cancer that has Robin worried – it’s Liv confirmed alive that has Robin scared. Robin knows Liv is mental and was obsessed with Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) and insanely jealous of Anna because of Duke. Robin is right to be worried.
Kevin Collins (Jon Lindström) searches for truth this week and there’s another confrontation at General Hospital. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) won’t let Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) throw his life away.
The two women call Finn out on his Zekenestrol addiction. Finn owes Hayden an apology for the way he’s behaved and he has to make a choice to lose everything or keep on drugging with Zen Zen. GH spoilers predict Finn gives up the drugs but can he kick the habit?
