Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Anjelica (Morgan Fairchild) has some surprises in store. She’s on a revenge mission and it’s sure to cause more trouble for Adrienne (Judi Evans). The Spectator is on the line thanks to Anjelica’s latest plot. She wants Adrienne to pay the price, but Steve (Stephen Nichols) is doing everything in his power to stop the sneakiness.
Kayla (Mary Evans) and Steve inadvertently spied on Anjelica when they were forced to hide in her hotel room. They listened in on Anjelica’s phone conversation and now they suspect there’s more to the story. Steve and Kayla don’t know the details, but they feel like Anjelica has bigger plans than just taking the newspaper.
That’s undoubtedly the case with a woman like Anjelica. She’s a force to be reckoned with. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Adrienne will do everything in their power to save The Spectator. They’ll hope that they can preserve their dreams and retain ownership of the paper.
Whether they succeed or fail, Anjelica will be waiting to deliver another blow. Days spoilers indicate that Anjelica will get a visit from someone shocking. An accomplice has apparently been carrying out part of Anjelica’s scheme. Her partner will be someone quite familiar to DOOL viewers.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say this will mark the beginning of Hattie’s (Deidre Hall) return stint. Deidre Hall is always a hoot as this hilarious character with an uncanny resemblance to Marlena. During Hattie’s previous arc, she helped Hope (Kristian Alfonso) survive prison. Maybe she’ll have a chance to cross paths with her former state-pen pal again at some point.
Of course, we could easily see some Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Hattie confusion now that the latter is back in Salem. It’s worth mentioning that Hattie will pop up right around the time of Ron Carlivati’s first episode, which airs July 19. That gives us a possible clue about this storyline.
In one of Carlivati’s Twitter teasers, he hinted that John (Drake Hogestyn) would be looking for Marlena in the square. Carlivati added the hashtag “#whathappenedtomarlena.” Will John encounter Hattie instead? That would be a great mix-up to keep us all entertained.
