Miley played a concert on her Gypsy Heart tour at Santiago’s Estadio Nacional yesterday May 4th, 2011. Miley’s tour will continue to Peru, Argentina, and Mexico before heading to the Philippines and Australia. Miley continues to prove that she is a free-spirit and it does not look like she has any intention of changing her new provocative dressing habits anytime soon.
