The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, May 9, teases that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will face more consequences following his betrayal in LA. Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) already dumped Nate, but she’s about to make another big move that forces him to face the reality of the situation.
Nate may find himself battling regrets once Elena packs up all her stuff and moves out of the penthouse they used to share.
Although Nate couldn’t resist Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and their sizzling connection, it’ll still be hard to deal with his heartbreak over losing and hurting Elena.
At the Abbott house, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will clash with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) over his decision to bail Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) out of jail and stick to their looming marriage plans.
The more Ashley lashes out over the mistakes Jack is making, the harder he’ll defend Diane and their love story.
Jack will stand his ground when it comes to Diane and won’t let Ashley’s unleashed fury faze him.
In the park, Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will push Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) to really think about all the lies she’s telling Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and how she’s letting Diane suffer.
Daniel will insist it’s wrong and once again argue that they have to take the real Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) story to the cops.
Y&R spoilers say that’ll leave Summer freaking out about the possibility of Phyllis landing behind bars for the rest of her life.
Summer won’t think it’s fair for Diane to set all this in motion – at least in her opinion – and then force Phyllis to pay the price for the bad decisions she made as a result.
While Summer pushes Daniel to stay loyal to Phyllis, Kyle will be on the hunt for his missing wife.
It seems likely Kyle will stumble upon Summer and Daniel’s argument, so he should grow suspicious about why they’re fighting in secret like this.
Summer won’t know what else to do except keep pushing Kyle away, so he’ll struggle to know how to keep his marriage afloat.
Daniel will also reach a verdict on the Phyllis dilemma, so look for him to surrender to Summer’s pressure and keep his mouth shut for now.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Daniel will still worry all the secrecy could lead to bad news, but Summer will delay his updates to the GCPD and hope for the best.
