General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that fans are curious now that Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) cult past is coming up again.
The show’s been tossing around plenty of Dawn of Day mentions, so that could be a sign that the storyline’s about to be revisited in some way.
In the April 20 episode, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) spoke to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) about a potential battered woman’s defense for Willow if she needed it at some point.
That led to Nina recapping all the abuse Willow went through and trauma she suffered at Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) hands.
Nina suggested Willow’s traumatic ordeal at Dawn of Day could tie in with this defense strategy.
The cult came up once again when Willow showed up at Nina’s place later.
Willow ranted about Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) before insisting she wouldn’t let her children be exposed to the kind of depravity she had to deal with in Dawn of Day.
There’s surely a reason why Dawn of Day is coming up multiple times in the current dialogue.
It feels like GH writers are going somewhere with all these hints, so could Shiloh be returning with a twist?
Shiloh was last seen in a body bag after a final faceoff with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), but that doesn’t mean much on soaps.
There could still be some soapy explanation for Shiloh’s revival if the show wants to bring him back.
Some viewers have always suspected that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) might’ve been swapped out with an imposter at some point.
What if Drew is actually Shiloh with a new face and Willow has no clue?
Even Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) could be an imposter if the writers want to give his story a Shiloh-related curveball.
No one can rule out the idea of the real Ethan being held hostage somewhere while Shiloh wreaks havoc as an Ethan pretender!
Those are some options to consider, but it’s possible Shiloh’s return is still to come.
Shiloh might head back on canvas looking like someone else in the coming months thanks to plastic surgery, a realistic mask or even a memory-mapping body takeover.
Of course, there’s also a chance someone connected to Shiloh could come on the scene and continue his work.
It might be some former follower or Shiloh’s relative who’s behind Dawn of Day’s rebirth.
That could tie in with Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone) and her strange tattoo.
Whatever the case, it’s interesting that Shiloh’s name is popping up along with all these Dawn of Day mentions.
Does that mean Shiloh or someone linked to him is returning? Is the Dawn of Day drama about to start back up in some way?
