General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that betrayals are a typical part of soaps, so fans can always count on them to blow things up and deliver gripping drama.
The show is setting the stage for some crossed lines and spilled secrets, so let’s discuss six shocking betrayals that may already be in the works.
1) Cassius’ fake Nathan charade crumbles
Let’s start with a doozy since Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is deceiving so many people about his true identity.
Everyone who loves “Nathan” – including poor James West (Gary James Fuller) – is going to be devastated when the story of Cassius taking over his twin brother’s life goes public.
2) Gio and Trina’s forbidden kiss?
We should also talk about the potential for Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to step out of the friend zone with the showcase they’re doing together.
The more time Gio spends with Trina, the more likely it becomes that they might veer into more romantic territory.
Could a forbidden kiss be on the way? Will Trina betray Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) while Gio betrays Emma Scorpio (Braedyn Bruner)?
3) Ethan and Ava can’t resist?
As for Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) and Ava Jerome (Maura West), the show seemed to be giving them a chemistry test recently.
If anything passionate happens between Ava and Ethan, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will certainly consider it a betrayal since Ethan knows she blames Ava for her baby girl’s demise.

At this point, Molly still doesn’t know Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) was held captive in Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) basement or that it all started with Kristina’s mistaken car sabotage and a blackmail crisis.
Molly deserves to know the whole story, so the truth about Kristina, Ric, Alexis, Ava and even Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) actions may come to light sooner or later.
The fact that Cody’s been lying to Molly about how much he knows could blow up their happy romance.
5) Brook Lynn’s driver truth exposed
Of course, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is also sitting on a stunning secret that has to come out at some point.
GH fans know Brook Lynn believes she was the other driver involved in Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) accident, but Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) had her car repaired and is covering everything up.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is going to be hurt and angry when he realizes Brook Lynn didn’t tell him about something so huge.
If this news explodes and costs them the chance to adopt Phoebe (Luna and Lucia Creighton), then it’ll be an even worse blow.
6) Chase & Willow surrender to temptation?
Since Chase may have some serious pain headed his way thanks to Brook Lynn, that could play a role in shoving him into bed with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).
It may not take much to push Chase over the edge anyway since he obviously still cares deeply for his former flame.
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is also setting a cheating trap, so everything may come together for Chase to betray Brook Lynn and their marriage vows.
