General Hospital Monday, June 22 Recap: Sidwell Hides at Willow’s House, Threatens Congresswoman with Prison

General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, June 22, reveals that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) made some bold moves that shocked Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

Willow was forced to make a difficult decision, so here’s how Monday’s GH episode played out.

At the police station, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) acted like she’d been looking at her schedule and made the connection that Willow was at the Quartermaine mansion the night of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) crash, which meant she would’ve been on Route 91 around the time of that accident.

While Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) started digging to see if Willow had an alibi, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) told Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that he’d be heading over to Willow’s place to tell her he was rejecting her chief of staff offer.

At Willow’s house, she flipped out when Sidwell showed up and demanded that she let him hide out there for a few days.

Sidwell didn’t think anyone would think to check at Congresswoman Cain’s place.

Willow threatened to call the cops, but Sidwell warned that he’d take Willow down with him and put her in prison if she turned him in.

However, Sidwell insisted if Willow was cooperative, he could procure an endless supply of the paralytic to keep Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) quiet.

Once Chase showed up outside, Willow had a choice to make.

While Sidwell hid, Willow ultimately opened the door and got the news from Chase that he was turning down her chief of staff position.

Back with Brook Lynn, she got a visit from Lucy, who confirmed that seeds were planted to steer the PCPD to Willow.

Now that Lucy was putting more on the line, she hinted that it was time to discuss her compensation.

At Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) house, “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) told her as well as Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) were on Tortola, but he couldn’t reveal his trusted source.

That irritated Dante and Lulu, so they wondered if “Nathan” might be leading them on a wild goose chase and if “Nathan” helped Britt kidnap Rocco in the first place.

“Nathan” took umbrage and defended himself as well as Britt since she loved Rocco.

In the end, “Nathan” pushed for a promise that Britt wouldn’t be turned in and delivered the exact address to Dante and Lulu.

At the gallery, Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) wondered if Ava Jerome (Maura West) was going to walk out of there like a lady or if he’d have to hoist her over his shoulder and take her to Sonny (Maurice Benard).

Ava reminded Ethan that she was keeping quiet about Phoebe’s (Luna and Lucia Creighton) paternity and wanted him to help her when Sonny got pushy in return.

Ava eventually relented on Sonny’s demand for a meeting and strutted out as Ethan followed.

Although Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) were working on compromising across town, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) said she needed distance and suggested she didn’t want to hear from them until the baby was born.

General Hospital spoilers say Trina will shut out her family while she focuses on the music showcase in the meantime, so don’t miss what’s in store.
