General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) will catch Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in Wyndemere, trying to rescue Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
The daytime drama just released its promo for the week of June 29-July 3, so fans need to brace for some major bombshells up ahead.
During the General Hospital preview, a clip is shown of Carly sneaking into the mansion on Spoon Island.
Carly can be heard on the voiceover telling someone that she’s got to get her daughter out of Wyndemere, stat!
Carly is then shown in Wyndemere’s living room, as she’s about to head through the door into the front hallway, when a WSB henchman stops her.
The blonde then comes face-to-face with Cullum, who’s got a disgustingly smug look on his face as he smiles at the woman.
Once again, Carly is in way over her head and is about to face the repercussions of her actions.
Still, this time around, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is not around to save her, being locked up in a WSB prison on the other side of the world!
Carly should’ve sat back and allowed Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to do his thing, but fans know how impatient and hotheaded she can get!
With that said, this doesn’t mean that someone won’t swing in to rescue Carly, and all arrows are pointing to the idea that Valentin could become the blonde’s new hero.
It feels as if Cullum’s days are numbered, and this cold fusion project storyline is on the cusp of wrapping up, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be some scary moments, as the WSB Director aims to intimidate Carly for having her hands caught in the cookie jar … so to speak.
General Hospital summer spoilers suggest that Josslyn will have a ‘bloody’ confrontation with Cullum, which could result in his demise.
There’s always a chance that Josslyn could escape the cell prison and rush in to save her mom in the nick of time, so there’s that too.
Carly may be thankful for her daughter’s WSB training at that point!
General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 29 imply some big moments, including a special guest appearance by Last Week Tonight’s John Oliver, so it’ll be interesting to see how he plays a role in this intense storyline.
