The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, July 29, reveal that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will unleash his wrath and go after Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) delivers an invitation that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) is sure to love.
First on Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will remain on cloud nine over her vision returning.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be just as happy as Nikki, who’ll surely share this development with her other loved ones soon.
In the meantime, Lily will invite Cane over to the penthouse for an evening alone, so that’ll bring some flirting and a chance to grow even closer.
Cane and Lily will eventually let things get pretty hot, so it sounds like passion will erupt in the bedroom or at least on the sofa if they don’t make it upstairs!
While Lily and Cane surrender to what they’re feeling, Billy will track Adam down for a fierce faceoff.
Since Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) got Newman Media back from Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), Billy will demand some answers.
Billy assumes Chelsea and Adam intimidated Sally into giving Newman Media up, so he’s furious about that.
Unless Sally told Billy the rest of the story off-screen, he still doesn’t know that Adam paid for the company without Victor’s knowledge.
Sally doesn’t like keeping things from Billy, but she also knows this deal could end in disaster for all parties involved if Victor learns the whole story.
That’s why Sally has been wary of bringing Billy in the loop on the money she received.
Will Adam end up confessing the payment he made or keep Billy in the dark when he gets grilled?
Will Sally ultimately spill the beans about the secret payment instead?
Since Billy will be ready to make Adam a revenge target, that could convince Sally to spill the beans and reveal that Adam paid her.
It might be the only way to convince Billy to stand down and stop stirring up more trouble.
