General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, September 17, reveals that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) made a big admission to Ava Jerome (Maura West), who witnessed Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) getting dragged out of the police station due to WSB extradition.
After Ava confronted Drew about framing Nina, he ultimately spilled how she shoved him in the lake.
Drew also ratted out Nina and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) over all the paralytic drama.
Ava was skeptical of Drew’s story, but he insisted he needed an insurance policy following Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) demise and that’s why he planted Jack’s wallet in Nina’s car.
Drew pushed Ava to see that he was making sure they didn’t get separated from their daughters.
Once Drew was alone, he muttered about getting even with Nina and said that Willow was next.
After a night in lockup at the PCPD, Nina was a mess of emotions as she stood by her claim that she was innocent.
Agent William Baines (Alimi Ballard) confronted Nina with Brennan’s wallet since it was found under her car seat, but she insisted Jack had never been in her vehicle.
Nina started spouting off theories and had a major meltdown, but Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) intervened and spoke with her privately.
Nina cried to Ric about being framed and had no information to offer Baines, who ultimately insisted on extraditing her to a WSB facility.
On Thursday’s GH episode, Ava showed up just in time to watch Nina get dragged out of the PCPD screaming.
At Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house, she bickered with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) over her Jasper Jacks Enterprises CEO cover since she knew it was really Joss’ latest mission.
Josslyn was adamant about Carly keeping that quiet and pushed her not to get more entangled in the Brennan investigation either.
At the studio apartment above Charlie’s Pub, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) met with Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) with questions about Nina, but she made it clear that WSB was handling everything.
As for the topic of the joint trip Sonny had proposed, Justine insisted she wouldn’t be taking one with him now or ever.
Since Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) was formally exiting the DA role, she wanted to score the spot and couldn’t do anything to jeopardize her career.
Although Sonny was understanding about that, he also suggested that the vacation invitation stood if Justine changed in mind.
At the Metro Court Gardens, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) blew up at Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) over their botched deal, but Lucy refused to give BLQ’s Deception shares back.
After Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) interrupted the confrontation, Brook Lynn took off. Lucy kept Serena’s eye on the prize of securing Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) shares before he joined them for a meeting.
Instead of letting Serena and Michael make a rebrand pitch there, Lucy wanted a more elegant setting and pushed for the meeting to be held at Café Cherie instead.
Back with Brook Lynn, she delivered a sincere apology in Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) office.
Jordan took responsibility for causing the crash and felt that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) was at fault for his own actions against Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), too.
That said, since Brook Lynn was eager to make amends to the people who’d been hurt by her role in the drama, Jordan hinted about something that might help Curtis.
At Pentonville, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) spoke to Curtis about Brook Lynn leaving the crash site and the fallout that came after she kept quiet.
Although Trina fired Brook Lynn as her manager, Curtis didn’t want Trina giving up on her new music dreams.
Curtis also advised against trusting whatever bribes the Quartermaines might offer to undo the damage.
