Based on what played out in the October 5 episode, all signs point to Jason and Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) entering a romantic storyline together.
Once Serena showed up at the Quartermaines’ door, she officially met Jason and admitted she’d heard a lot about him.
Serena ultimately stomped on Jason’s foot and blamed him for Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) feeling like he had to flee Port Charles.
After Serena went up to the roof to retrieve the falcons’ nest a little later, her plan went wrong.

It seems likely that the writers are setting up an enemies-to-lovers type of storyline.
After dealing with that Scott-related tension, Jason and Serena were thrown into this comical situation with the rooftop accident.
However, this honestly feels like a waste of time and another Jason romance that’s going to end in disaster.
On social media, many fans are already complaining about Jason’s latest flop pairing and predicting that it’s not going to last.
Serena and Jason just don’t feel like they’re going to be some grand couple that lives happily ever after.
Of course, it’s possible the show only intends for Jason and Serena to be a fling.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) seemingly has a fling of her own coming up with Jude (Wil Traval), the stranger who’s set to arrive in Port Charles this October.
Jason perhaps deserves some fun of his own in that case, so maybe his romance with Serena won’t be all that serious.
Since Jason’s focus is on Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), he’s probably not looking to jump right into another relationship anyway.
That said, Jason and Serena do seem poised for some form of a romantic story, so that news isn’t going over well with some viewers.
That’s especially true since the show can’t seem to find a clear direction for Serena.
GH writers seem to have dropped whatever Serena and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) angle they might’ve been working.
Now Michael has moved in Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) direction instead, so Serena is being shoved at Jason out of nowhere.
