In tonight’s CIA episode, Bill went with Colin to meet with an asset. They were sitting at a fancy restaurant. They got to talking. Bill couldn’t believe that his dad never told him that he was CIA.

He felt his father should’ve told him, but Colin pointed out that Bill hasn’t told his family about the job. His mom doesn’t know about either her late husband or her still living son being wrapped up in this business. Katie doesn’t know a thing. They weren’t allowed to advertise that they were with the CIA. Or were they worked. Or who they worked with. It was all hush hush in espionage.

The rules don’t stop existing just because Bill’s feelings are hurt. Bill then needled Colin with the one topic he knew would grate. He mentioned Toni. Toni was testifying against the people that wanted her dead and she also happened to still be in the city. She wants to come back to the CIA. She was itching to get back to work.

It was Nikki who was hesitating. The same way she was hesitating to untangle Gina from the analyst desk. Gina ultimately has to prove herself and that goes for Colin’s asset as well.

His asset was Vicktor Molotov. He was supposed to identify American assets in Russia. He refused because things weren’t like how they used to be. They used to stop at killing traitors. They now wish to kill their families too. It was a line that Viktor refuses to cross even for his Kremlin brethren.

They wanted to carry out a bloodbath back in Russia. They needed to look strong now that things weren’t going well in the Ukraine. Viktor wanted no part in it so they killed him. They poisoned him with ricin. He has twelve hours left to live. And he wanted revenge.

He believe the man that’s trying to kill him was Gregor Lyalin. He was the man that approached him for the job of finding the assets in Russia. He was going to be upset that Viktor turned him down.

Now, they had twelve hour to find out who killed Viktor. Then be there for his death. The man was funny. They had fun tracking down the suspects in the poisoning. It spies all coming together to determine where things went wrong.

There was off the books jobs. Viktor wanted to see a performance from an old friend. They had to miss it because a new woman entered the field. She’s the asset that could give them everything. She was coming up to NYC on train. It was to the spies to stop her. They decided to take over the woman they’re trying to sneak out of there and hopefully they won’t lose sight on one of their own. They got the new girl to dress up like the Russians wanted and it was her that later got abducted. Only they didn’t want to lose one of their other either. The CIA analyst was still new to this and maybe not so true to it.

No matter the case. There was a blacked van that drove off with their friend. They followed the car before their new friend could be killed. Teddy was being driven to the bridge and lived long enough to tell the tale. The CIA forced the bad guys off the road. They rescued their officer. Viktor spotted the man who poisoned him. They had a weird conversation just for those two. Not that it mattered much because Viktor wanted revenge. He didn’t want people dying in a cell. It wasn’t the Russian way. He wanted to take them out himself.

Only Victor couldn’t do it. He couldn’t kill the man that killed him. He was slowly dying and for what? For not following orders. The least he deserved was to see the cello performance he had been looking forward to. It was a great place to die. Viktor also showed Colin to let go of the past. He began burning everything he collected on basement board. The ones that included photos of Toni. Colin was cleansing himself. Bill was finally ready to reveal his true self. It’s the only reason he told Katie that he was CIA. And so was his dad.

And Nikki turned down a job promotion that could have her tied to a desk.

THE END!
