The Young and the Restless Spoilers Next 2 Weeks: Nick’s Jail Drama, Jill’s Heart Fading Fast, Nikki’s Switch-Up

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, October 19 to October 30, hint that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) may be thrown in a cell briefly.

There’ll also be some issues regarding Jill Abbott’s (last played by Lauren Koslow) heart before Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) changes things up when it comes to a rivalry.

During the week of October 19-23, Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo) will make a last-minute wedding appearance, so she’ll be able to walk Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) down the aisle and spend some time with her granddaughter on her big day.

The marriage ceremony will go off without a hitch, but drama will follow once the reception begins.

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will get a disturbing phone call about Jill’s cardiac emergency.

As for Sally, she’ll be in her suite working on a surprise for Billy when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) comes to congratulate her.

The exes will be alone together when Sally suddenly discovers she’s in labor and that her water just broke.

The show seems to be setting the stage for Adam to help bring this baby into the world and shares some special scenes with Sally once this little one arrives.

Billy and Sally will deal with their first major hurdle as newlyweds, so that may involve some Adam-related conflict after Billy realizes what happened.

Of course, another challenge could come if Billy is forced to fly out of town so soon after the baby’s arrival.

Sally may urge Billy to go ahead once she finds out about Jill’s health setback since this could be Billy’s final opportunity to make amends with her.

Billy will make a vow to Sally, so he may promise he’ll be back just as soon as he can and help her with their newborn as they kick off this new chapter.

Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will switch up her plans for the sake of a relative, so may catch a flight to see Jill as well since they’re half-sisters.

Adam should be deeply affected by this whole ordeal with Sally, so Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will pick up on that.

Chelsea may worry that it’s triggered some painful memories of when Adam and Sally’s baby girl didn’t make it.

This could also stir up some old feelings for Adam when it comes to Sally, but Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will deliver some words of wisdom and perhaps push him to focus on his family with Chelsea instead.

Over with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), she’ll get some news about her medical status.

Lily should open her new lab results with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and find out for sure whether her cancer is back or not.

After Nick drives Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) to his new mental health clinic, he’ll let Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) know that Matt’s been dealt with.

Nick still won’t like the agreement Sharon made to be Matt’s therapist and may push her to reconsider, but she’ll probably insist on keeping her end of the bargain.

As for Nikki, she’ll change her mind about a rivalry.

Nikki might decide the Abbotts have enough going on and opt to just ignore Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) instead of turning this into a fierce Vibrante-Jabot fight.

However, Diane may not be willing to abandon her own plans to derail Nikki’s new venture and obliterate this rival fashion startup.

Elsewhere, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will move forward with a risky plot, so they may go back to the idea of staging a major blowup to convince everyone they’re enemies.

Then again, it’s possible Victoria and Kyle will arrange some time out of town together or something along those lines.

Kyle and Victoria might make excuses with their family members so they can steal a joint getaway.

Back with Victor, Y&R spoilers say he’ll put Nick through an interrogation.

This may involve Matt’s clinic check-in or maybe even more questions about Joe (Chris Grant Wenchell) now that he’s filed a police report.

There’s a good chance Nick’s arrest is still to come, so Detective James Burrow (Matt Cohen) may haul him off in handcuffs during the week of October 26-30.

It looks like Victor and Nikki may have to bail Nick out of jail and hope this mess doesn’t trigger a setback when it comes to his pill-popping habit.

Sharon may also have her first official therapy session with Matt, but it may not go according to plan.

Matt is a real wildcard and could try to mess with Sharon’s head through this arrangement.

With all the marriage talk between Cane and Lily lately, he may not be able to keep his word about holding off on a marriage proposal.

Regardless, Cane will give Lily all the love he has to give no matter what her cancer results show.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say the next two weeks will be full of surprises, so stay tuned for all the unexpected developments ahead.
