Britney Spears? former bodyguard Daimon Shippen was served with two subpoenas by Kevin Federline?s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan on Monday night.

The subpoenas will require Shippen to testify in the couple’s custody trial over sons Sean Preston, 23 months, and Jayden, 11 months.
