Making the most of his time in New York City, Shia LaBeouf was spotted out and about despite the heavy rain yesterday afternoon (August 23).   The “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” actor was joined by his rumored new girlfriend Carey Mulligan whom he treated to a romantic lunch date before hailing a cab in the West Village.

Carey has just been cast along with LaBeouf and Michael Douglas in Oliver Stone’s forthcoming sequel “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.”  Carey also starred as one of Keira Knightley’s younger sisters in “Pride and Prejudice,” as well as in Peter Skarsgaard’s latest film “An Education.”
