They walk into the kitchen to see Gordon witha giant map of Italy, Gordon introduces a bunch of opera singers; on the scrolls of the opera singers are dishes they must cook. Frank chooses Roe to be his challenger, he gets a cheese manicotti. Sterling chooses Bryant and they got Fettucine Alfredo. Fernando and Ashely are going against each other. Jennifer and Steve decide to challenge each other. Aaron decides he’s going against Sade, everyone is ready for war with they match ups.

Their time is up and Gordon introduces Celestino Drago, first up is Jennifer and Steven; the winner of the two is Jennifer. Next up is Ashley and Fernando, the winner of the battle is Fernando. Next up is Sade and Aaron, the winner of the two was a tie. Next up is Roe and Frank, the winner is Frank for the blue team. Gordon gets a plate back to the red kitchen, raw calamari and it is bland as well; Gordon tells everyone to leave the red kitchen since they are pathetic.

He wants two people from each team that they’d be better off without, Jennifer hates her team.
