Sterling believes that blue team has the energy now, the boy ask Katie why she put herself up and mentions if she said she wanted Sade to go then she’d have a hard time with the girls. Ramsay takes the chefs out to a farm to look for fresh ingredients, their challenge today is to work with veal, lamb and pork. They will decide what chop they will use tonight, the teams will have to herd animals they want to cook with. Which ever team gets their protein the fastest gets to pick their starch ingredient first, the women are struggling; though the men are doing a much better job. Steve made mistake with ptting a goat in their cage instead of a lamb, but quickly fixes it up.

Now the chefs head to the kitchen to cook, each chef on the team will have to make a dish; their 30 minutes start right now. They split up what they will cook, because Gordon will only have one of each protein from the teams, so chefs will have to decide who’s dish is better. The cooking is done and they now serve their dishes, they must decide who they believe made the best. The men decide fast, but the women are really taking a long time.

Gordon introduces John Shook and Vinny Dotolo to also judge on the dishes, first up is Fernando wit his veil; it’s cooked beautifully. Though Vinny doesn’t feel any personality in it, Jon feels like it could use some salt but it wasn’t too bad. Now it’s Latasha’s veil, which they liked much more.

Now it’s the lamb, Steve’s didn’t go over too well though, Sade\s spiced lamb actually got lots of compliments giving the women a lead. Last up is Sterling’s pork chop, it didn’t go too well; now it’s Roe’s dish. Vinny says that it was pretty boring, it way too sweet; Gordon says it’s so confusing. The garnish doesn’t work at all, they are not crazy about it. The men won the competition without a doubt, nobody like Roe’s dish at all.

Gordon tells the men they are going to wine country, they will enjoy gourmet lunch and fantastic wine. The women need extract bone marrow from bones and anything else to prepare tonights service, the women are really struggling to cut the bones with saws.

The men cheer their wine to Roe because she is the reason why the men won, while the women are really upset about what they are doing; they are so pissed off and are not happy at all.

Sterling hears Steve talk some crap behind his back, Sterling tells him if he has something to say then say it to his face and to start cooking as big as he talks; the men are really not in high spirits with each other. Though the women have let go yesterdays lost and are ready to win the dinner service tonight.

The women start cooking and Sade is trying to lead the team with constant communication, she wants to make sure everyone is continously working; though some of the women are finding it annoying. Food is quickly leaving the red kitchen.

Now the men are getting to work in the kitchen and Gordon is trying to show how to make the scallops perfectly; though Steve makes a mistake and Gordon is really annoyed with it. Though the blue team starts having their food coming out.

Gordon is not impressed with Katie’s scallops, he wants her to start it up again; though the red team is really stuck. Though diners on the blue team are actually getting their food, they are doing fine though Gordon wants to talk to Santos and Steve alone in the back.

Gordon tells them that he is not happy at all, he wants them to wake up and start giving a damn; the red team going pretty slow and Katie is feeling the pressure. Gordon tells them to stop and to come here, the risotto is very poor, Gordon tells Roe and Katie to get out. Sterling is talking to Santos, but he won’t answer back. Steve is just not doing well and Gordon is getting very annoyed, he tells them to all look at the fish; he tells Steve and Santos to get out.

Gordon kicks Ashely out of the red team next, more chefs are leaving the kitchen then food at this point.

The remaining chefs are working very hard and have found a rythim to work together with their missing chefs, they all line up and Gordon was very disappointed with the teams; he’s very worried because he doesn’t feel like he’s got a winner. Both teams must have two people to come up for elimination, All the men are picking of Sterling to leave; he’s very disappointed that his team is turning on him. They decide on Steve and Sterling to go up.

The red team, are arguing a lot with each other; they are really getting hostile. The girls really can’t decide who is going up tonight.

Gordon tells them he has had enough and is not happy, the red team didn’t even reach a choice and he is annoyed by this; Gordon tells the whole red team to screw off.

He wants them to pick two names and come back, he’s so pissed off with how they can’t make a simple choice between each other; they pick Katie because she is not strong enough and Roe because she keeps making mistakes. The blue team has decided that they are putting up Sterling and Steve because he’s been declining a lot. They all step forward, Roe says she deserves to stay because she is a strong leader. Katie says she made a few mistakes, but she believes the team is just to hostile. Steve mentions that he knows how to cook and he will not be back on the chopping block, Sterling says that he proves why he’s here with his cooking. Gordon tells Katie she is going home, because she isn’t ready to be a leader. Katie is eliminated.

THE END!
